Youth Ministry

The youth centre offers wholesome development for the children and youth of the locality. Besides the daily oratory for boys from the neighbourhood, who frequent the place for their recreational needs, the centre also has a youth group. Together, these groups add life to the youth centre through regular activities and formation programmes. 

The counseling services offered by the Centre are much appreciated and fulfill the urgent need of the hour – helping young people, married couples and families. The music academy offers school children from Benaulim and the surrounding villages, the possibility of mastering a musical hobby. Guitar, Keyboards and Violin are some of the musical hobbies taught here. 

During the holidays, the youth centre organizes the annual summer club for school children and college students. Besides recreational activities, skills such as flower making, candle making, screen printing, Craft ideas, music classes, sports coaching, etc… are taught to the participants. For older youth, we also conduct training programmes such as ‘Train-the-Trainer’ so as to help them be good leaders in their parish youth groups.
